I think you could have stuck with Inbee to win again. She is still the #1 on putting average and 3rd on scoring. Surely it will go her way soon. I thought Ariya was an interesting pick she is far more deserving of a place in the U.S Womans Open than an 11 year old school kid.

Isn't Ariya trying to qualify in the next 9 days?

Ariya already failed to qualify in Texas. That was the one Jaye Marie Green won.

You are right Tony she had to beat some pretty handy players not a bunch of unknown amateurs over two rounds. I don't know if she gets another chance or what happens if she wins an LPGA tournament before then.

If she wins an event she would get in, but it's her choice to play where she wants. She could've played in the one Lucy Li competed at. It was her choice to sign up when she did. Your bitterness Colin is hilarious.

It's not bitterness at all I'm only stating the facts. I'm sure that's not the way professionals think there is no point in trying to gain entry against a field of mainly amateurs just to qualify. She is probably more interested at the moment in trying to get her game back to where it was about a year ago.. pre injury. I'm sure there are plenty out there that want to see if an 11 year old school girl can go out and embarrass a great player having an off day or tournament I'm just not one of them.

I am so glad I don't live with your natural point of view. It sounds bleak. She is playing the course, and shot a 68 at Half Moon Bay. In order to even participate in the qualifier she needed to be 2 handicap. To belittle her performance in simply sour grapes, for honestly zero reason.

Hey, you might want to pay a little more attention to who's playing well & who ain't in the LPGA. Those Airbus Classic picks are beyond harmless....they're grossly uninformed.

Let's see who's trash talking after 72 holes are done!
