Live and learn.<BR/><BR/>When Cheney stopped here in 2004 fundraising for a Congressional wannabe the mayor's office prepared a bill for <A HREF="http://www.journalstar.com/articles/2004/06/23/local/10051415.txt" REL="nofollow">$31,900</A> to cover expenses incurred by the city.
