Mostly Harmless regulars will remember 13-year-old Lydia Ko from her 1-shot loss to Caroline Hedwall early in the
ALPG season and her T4 a few weeks later in the
New Zealand Ladies Open. Well, Ko just became the
1st golfer in history to win the Australia and
New Zealand stroke-play women's amateur championships in the same year when she beat fellow teenager and arch-rival Cecelia Cho by 9 shots yesterday. So happy 14th birthday tomorrow, Ms. Ko!
