Bo-Mee Lee continues to play great golf over on the JLPGA. Heading into the final round of the NEC Karuizawa 72 Ladies, she's gone 69-64 and leads Shiho Oyama (68-67), Yumiko Yoshida (67-68), and Kumiko Kaneda (69-66) by 2 shots. There's a big group at -8, including 1st-round leader Na-Ri Kim and Megumi Kido, who matched Lee's 64 today. Big names like Sun-Ju Ahn, Miki Saiki, Misuzu Narita, and Erina Hara -5, Akiko Fukushima, Mi-Jeong Jeon, and Natsuka Hori at -4, and Momoko Ueda and Teresa Lu at -3 will really need to put the pedal to the metal to be a factor tomorrow. But at least they have a chance to play on Sunday. Yuri Fudoh, Ji-Hee Lee, Rikako Morita, Mamiko Higa, Onnarin Sattayabanphot, and Phoebe Yao missed the cut and Sakura Yokomine withdrew.
Let's see if Lee can pick up her 8th JLPGA victory tomorrow!
