Swing Time

Here's a cartoon called "Swing":

And here's Uncle Bill playing "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot":

Bill, the cartoon was a hit--both girls watched it 3x in a row and squealed at the end each time. Onechan would throw comments in on the second and third viewings like, "Probably she's going to let go of her cane" and "Probably she's going to turn into a little girl." And they were rapt--motionless and speechless--during "Swing Low."

Yeah, I thought the cartoon was very good. And for a little girl thinking about death . . . not a bad cartoon to balance things out.

Glad they liked the music.

I know what you mean. What a way to go!

The two together were quite enough, so I cut you some slack for not putting up a YouTube of young Tiger's swing....

You know, my father was swinging a golf club on his death bed. No, not with an actual club. But the grip and the swinging motion were there.

That's golf. A game played in a garden, so you can swing into the next world.
