The site is down for technical reasons. They set up a temporary site, unfortunately nobody can post anything there as it is not taking our user names and password.

This is HappyFan! I don't know why the forum is down, but they are not responding to my emails and may never come back for all I know. So I created a new forum that I control at the link above.
You should be able to create a user and password there (note that you have to create a NEW one, the old ones won't work!). At least one person has succeeded (elf). If it doesn't work, let me know at happyFan02@yahoo.com with details, so I can bug their tech support.
