Time to Place Your Wagers, As We Get Ready for the Majors

This is it! The time of year we have all been waiting for. If you're an LPGA fan, it does not get any better than this. Four tournaments will be played in the next six weeks and three of them will be Major Championships. Here is what the immediate schedule looks like:

June 23-26 Wegman's LPGA Championship (A Major)
Off Week
July 7-10 U.S. Women's Open (A Major)
Off Week
July 21-24 Evian Masters (Not a Major, but a very prestigious tournament)
July 28-31 Ricoh British open (A Major)

If you haven't played well to this point (Ai Miyazato, Song-Hee Kim), play well now and nobody will remember your slow start.

If you're fighting for that big Hall of Fame point for Rolex Player of the Year (Yani Tseng, Stacy Lewis, Karrie Webb), the next four weeks could put you in a great position.

Fighting to get on the U.S. Solheim Cup Team? Majors are double the points.

So fasten your seat belts because this is going to be a wild ride.

Rest up, Tony. You will need it, I think! Enjoy the next spell and keep us up to date on the girls and the Jesselli exploits!
