Calling All Slouchos!

That would be the title of this post if blogger let me put something in the title box. Weird, I know. Whatever.

My hypothetical title's point--and indeed the only reason for this post's existence--is simply to call Sloucho's attention to this brilliant post on issues involved in teaching history using computer simulations (and on Civilization, among other things) by Rob MacDougall over at his reliably-fascinating blog Old Is the New New.

And maybe this one--unlike my previous attempts--will even get Sloucho to write more than a four-word sentence here! Or at least leave a comment at Rob's blog.
